BEGINNER YOGA CLASS
Teaching breathing and stretching using muscle strength and endurance to hold poses. Concentrating on the Sun Salutation Flow Series and Iyengar poses.
INTERMEDIATE YOGA CLASS
Power Yoga moves sing the Sun Salutation, Moon Salutation, Warrior I, II, III and many advanced poses in a flow series to give a challenging workout. Teaching breathing, stretching, and muscle endurance to hold poses.
ZUMBA FITNESS- LATIN DANCE MOVES IN A FITNESS WORKOUT SETTING
MOVE AND GROOVE AND JUST HAVE FUN
I, II, and III.
TOTAL CARDIO & BODY SCULPTING WITH WEIGHTS
A 1 1/2 hour total body conditioning class, Beginning with 30-35 min of Step class cardio endurance, then combining toning, muscual strength and endurance with the use of weights, tubes and body resistance. Finishes with stretching. Recommended for levels I, II, and III.
STEP CLASS
A great workout involvling stepping up and down on an adjustable platform to a challenging routine. Combines lower and upper body along with arm movements. Finishes with an abdominal strength and workout. Recommended for levels II and III.
CARDIO BLAST--This class will lead you through a great motivating low to high intensity workout.
Combining with Kick Box and dance based moves and ending with an abdominal segment and stretching. Levels II and III.
HI-LOW AEROBICS
This class will lead you through a great motivating low to high intensity workout. Combines low hand weights with dance based moves and ending with abdominal and stretching segments. Recommended for levels II and III.
TOTAL BODY INTERVAL CIRCUIT
A great cardio challenging workout. Combines STEP and a challenging aerobics segment. Performed to interval music that changes tempo by cues from 3 to 4 minutes. Changes from step to aerobics and combines weights during the cool down phase. It follows with abdominal exercises and stretching. Recommended for levels I, II, and III.
Levels descriptions
LEVEL I - Classes for those interested in or requiring a lower impact/intensity workout. ie; beginners and seniors.
LEVEL II - Classes for those who have been involved in exercise and desire a moderate to high impact/intermediate workout involving more choreography.
LEVEL III - Classes for more advanced participants wich may include high intensity, high impact, power moves and/or complicated choreography.
